Drythane is a 100% Solids, two-component polyurethane coating system with no VOCs or solvents — engineered for a seamless, tough waterproofing membrane.

Drythane is a 100% Solids, two-component polyurethane coating system formulated as a seamless and tough waterproofing membrane. It comprises the PIV Primer plus a choice of liquid-applied fused layers — Drythane Standard, Plus, and Aliphatic.

PIV Primer

100% solids damp-tolerant, two-component polyurethane primer with excellent adhesion to damp/dry concrete. Penetrates, reinforces, and seals concrete; mitigates out-gassing and pin-holing.

Drythane Standard

Tough, impermeable membrane unaffected by water immersion. Elastic membrane with 2.80 mm crack spanning capacity.

Tensile Strength – 17 N/mm² Hardness – 65 Shore D Elongation – 134%

Drythane 400 HE

Elastic base coat for low-temperature use. 4.50 mm crack span standalone; 8.00 mm with Drythane Standard top coat.

Tensile Strength – 9.4 N/mm² Hardness – 85 Shore A Elongation – 442%

Drythane 600 HE

Elastic base coat for low-temperature use. 5.50 mm crack span standalone; 9.00 mm with Drythane Standard top coat.

Tensile Strength – 11 N/mm² Hardness – 75 Shore A Elongation – 693%

Drythane Plus

Polyurea Hybrid (roller-applied) with very high elongation for cold climates and crack-prone surfaces. Crack spanning up to 10 mm.

Tensile Strength – 21 N/mm² Hardness – 92 Shore A Elongation – 375%

Drythane Aliphatic

Colour-fast, decorative finish. White top coat for high SRI and reduced roof surface temperature.

Tensile Strength – 17 N/mm² Hardness – 60 Shore D Elongation – 85%

All our products are environment friendly with zero solvent content or odor during application. They are non-toxic and suitable for water immersion. Since they have no solvent, the wet film thickness is equivalent to the dry film thickness and so only half the quantity is required (as compared to other solutions) for the same thickness. With a very fast curing process, Drythane can be used/water immersed in 24 hours. The final product can be left uncovered and unprotected without risk of damage from normal use. Screed or tile covering is optional only for aesthetics purposes.
